About The Blogger

Hey!

I'm glad you're sticking around a bit longer at Sarcastic Scribblings!

How do I know you're sticking around? Well, first of all...I'm hilarious. And you must have clicked on this from one of my posts. After all, who starts out on this page? And if you decided to check out this page, you must have liked what you read! (That or you're wondering how a crazy woman is running a blog. Don't wonder. It's weirder to find a sane blogger than it is to find an insane one!)

And now that I have your interest, I have to quickly tell you the most important things about me before you wander off.

There is a very slim possibility that I DONT have your interest and your phone glitched and now you're stuck here. If so, I'm sorry. (Not really)

The first thing you may be wondering is if I am one of the stereotypical "Blogger who writes and drinks coffee."
Of course I am. Do you think I'm this crazy without caffeine? (The answer is yes.)

I also adore tea though, if that makes up for anything, which is probably doesn't. But anyway, my favorites are Earl Grey, Lady Grey, and Peppermint.

My favorite book genre is fantasy, especially fairy tale retellings like The Star Touched Queen and A Crown of Wishes by Roshani Chokshi and dark fantasy like Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo. But I'll read basically anything I can get my hands on. Shakespeare, biographies, non-fiction, poetry, spy thrillers, classics...

(You can find a list of my favorite books here or in the same link bar a the top of the blog that sent you here.)

As for writing, my favorite genres are fantasy (surprise surprise) and contemporary YA.
(For more information about my WIPs see the link above or click HERE.)

Besides writing, reading, and all things books, I like languages (I'm currently learning French!!!) and world culture (International Business major here!)

I like poetry and sometimes I memorize random poems for fun. (I know. What a nerd. A nerd who's cooler than you)

I also love stargazing (my favorite constellation is Cassiopia!)

I'm not half bad at archery and I am half bad at knife throwing. (I used to be all bad at it, but I've been practicing.)

Your blog is amazing, Mary. I love this sooooo much. Sarcasm makes me laugh. (Living in a very, very sarcastic family, you have to laugh at sarcasm.)
I keep all my WIP for later. I sometimes combine some. Also, I might need the characters later. I really like your blog. I know I already said that, but it's just so cool. Definitely going in my favorites. :)

    1. Yay!
It's so cool (when you think about it), how we're friends with God and we're his favorites. <3 No matter what, He'll always love us.
